Here is how to fix Xbox 360 freezing:

1. Strip your Xbox console case apart. pull out the faceplate and move the latch that’s on the DVD drive up and remove it gently. Screw out the metal case that is under the plastic case.

2. Take the DVD drive out and unplug all available the cables.

3. Remove the fan and the motherboard.

4. Turn the motherboard over. Use the poker, clip off the X-clamp under the heat sink by popping out the corners. If you can’t locate the heat sink, it’s the big silver box with slits in it.

5. Unscrew the heat sink to reveal its CPU and GPU.

6. Thoroughly clean the CPU and GPU

7. Apply thermal compound all over the GPU.

8. Let it then cool down for like 15 to 30 minutes.

9. Apply washers on the screws for the heat sink. Put the screws back in the motherboard. With the screws pushing up through the motherboard, add another washer to the screw.

10. Put the heat sink on top of the screws and then screw them back. Ensure it’s tight.

11. Then put everything back together. Turn it on. You should then have yourself an Xbox 360 free from freezing.

Hi, can anyone help me?
